Weird wind made with a synth that makes wind sounds, reapper, and orca.

Static from 770 khz on the am radio band, with a cycling sort of zap sound.

A simple filtered sawtooth wave that sounds like a laser beam! updated version of "laser_sustained" to remove dc offset and normalize.

Welding sounds made by welding with the electric current. Longer bzrsts.

Explosion sound with a relatively quick curve made using white noise run through eq's, guitar amp distortion and a chain of reverb/delays. Has.

The sound of water running through a copper water pipe. The sound transfers through to wooden structure of the building creating this effect.

Some small pieces of wood loosely handled to make lots of noise when they knock together. Sounds like kindling being carried in someones arms. Maybe useful for combining with other noises to make a messy crash. Recorded in treated room with shure sm58.

Went in and played with some sound clips i had to make them ready to upload here. Ended up adding a "chorus" filter to some high pitched noises i made for a stop-motion, and the result was this! enjoy :).

In an attempt to add warmth to my productions, i sampled some of the more distinctive sounds mostly from the lead-ins and lead-outs from dirty/scratched records. If shortened, they make for interesting _analog_ glitch noises.

Sound that was produced by cartridge-tilted gameboy advance sp and distorted by looping glitch on cheap realtek soundcard. Additional delays in puredata. The whole variety of different noises, but in general that sounds crispy. And disturbing.

Various sound effects from children's toys edited together. All are on a low quality speaker, but are usually unique. All spoken word sounds as well as specific things like laughs or animal sounds are in different sounds. They range from real sounds like cowbells and car horns to blings and ascending synth sounding noises for a correct answer. (some tags describe one or two sounds in a long list, so listen to all of them if you're looking for something specific).

Looks like that couple next door is back at it again. You can hear them noises of them having conversations and when they're going at it. I decided to make this audio clip long since i haven't heard from them for a while. The sex noise parts are around 9:30 to 26:00. A lot of the parts were amplified.

This was designed for a short film whereas the subject is checked-out, mentally, and builds up before the 'snap' of a mental break. The room had a grandfather clock and basic evening white noise with the sound of internal blood flow quickly amped.

11 minutes of ambient noise from a city: people chattering, pigeons and birds calling, traffic moving, dogs barking, buses taking off or squealing to a stop, etc. Taken from my apartment window in downtown seattle. Mic used: blue yeti (usb condenser, cardioid setting).

Cowbell recorded both being shaken, as well as being struck with a pencil. Recorded using a blue yeti microphone at 16-bit 44100hz in adobe audition cs6. Used audition's noise removal tools to minimize audible background noise. While no others effects have been added, i would recommend using a hard limiter of around 10-20db for a fuller sounding bell. Attribution appreciated but not required.

I have generated a sound ( sinusoidal, 300hz) and i have altered it with the level tool. Then, i have added a pluck ( pitch 114) and reversed it. I have created a “white noise” which i have stuck after the pluck. Finally, i have generated a sound ( sinusoidal, 1000hz). I have put it at the end and altered it with the level tool. I used audacity.

A small, park-like area in the car park of a small college in the england. Some traffic noise, quiet chatter of nearby female students, a few car doors (which could easily be faded out). Very loopable (first 10 seconds of audio was cut off of the beginning and crossfaded in at the end).

Here's the sound when danny phantom is going ghost! i'm told it also resembles the sound effect in the yu yu hakasho opening. The sound is just two white noise whooshes on top of each other, one descending in pitch and one with a little more resonance ascending in pitch. Made in hybrid3.

The recording was made on a tascam dr-44wl @ 24bit 48khz and then the distance freeway and other noise was attempted to be removed using rx spectral de-noise. The files have then been normalised. Recorded at night in may 2015. This sound was captured near a busy north hollywood, ca blvd on a zoom h6 using the included xy stereo mic. You will hear: traffic, street noise, a buzzing coming from a nearby street lamp, one of those famous la choppers, and a bus.

Cold booting a computer built inside of a milk crate, allowing it to start up and start running a stress test, and then hard shutting it down by flicking the power supply switch. Multiple computers were running in this room and this recording is unedited, so there's some extra background noise. Sorry.
