Walking down a nature trail during a late summer evening. A lot of leaves crunching under foot with a bird calling continuously in the background. Insects, primarily crickets can be heard throughout the entire clip. Recorded with a sony ic recorder in southeast usa.
Recorded using a pair of rode lavalier microphones from a loft window. The hail stones were hitting the metal flashing (i think that it what it is called) around the window. Loved the rhythm and hypnotic nature of this. If you use this recording, please let me know as i'd love to hear how it is used.
This recording was made in my backyard. I live in virginia beach. I do a lot of nature filming in high noise areas; areas such as gardens near airports. I will, many times, use the sound from my backyard as opposed to the camera sound.
10 minutes swedish summer evening. Recorded 10 june 2020 about 20:30 in the evening. I’m recording with a zoom h1. No editing of the file. Almost no wind this evening. You will hear birds, a boat, insects and a tin roof cooling. Me and my h1 are listening to the wonders of nature.
