Made on fl5 back in 2005 for one of my first rap beats. . Used a pluck instrument on fl5 to create this loop. Has a harmony on the second time around on a higher octave.

After hours of searching for the sound of a guitar hitting the ground, i resolved to just recording a quick piece. This is a small sized guitar hitting the ground a couple times on a carpeted floor (recorded in logic pro).

Pedal-based noise created from an internal feedback loop. Wah, distortion, flanger, sirkut gnarler, and other pedals. Near the middle the flanger (dod fx75b) and gnarler in combination made a really weird noise like a fast, looped recording of a zummarah or some other wind instrument. . .

This sound has three components:1) attackphase (200 ms),taken from a sarangi-video(youtube)2) sustainphase ,created with audials,magix and audacity3) stringnoise,created with filtered noise ,(magix-music-lab).

Date: 29/9/2017location: hamilton, new zealand. Played this piece with a marine band hohner in the key of c. This was recorded using audacity with macbook pro's built-in microphone. I used audacity's noise reduction feature to drown out the noise in thebackground.

Recording of a 28 inch subatomic gong where the sound reverberates in a 22 foot by 11 foot room (same ratio as the kings chamber in the great pyramid). Time between gong hits are allowed to let the sound resonate through the room.

Often use wine glasses in musical scores so i created my own recordings. I've used these many times and wanted to share. Kind-of reminds me of soundtrack for the dark knight.
