Foley audio of passing cars on a country lane. Cars passed behind the direction the camera was facing. There's a mild stabilisation noise you may hear which could detriment your audio if not removed. Other than this, the sound is eloquent enough. Oin camera mic has been used from a canon 7d with no wind filter. Recorded in burnley, lancashire.

Gentle night time ambience. One car passes by, other then that, gentle blissful nighttime. The quiet winter gentle breeze carries itself over the roofs between the trees and homes where the lush forest once was. The car that drives by is a piece of sh*t you can totally tell hahaha. A room tone attic in ostend, belgium. Construction and scaffold building across the street. Occasional car passing. The windows were closed but it’s only single layered glass. At 3:06 you can hear my feet moving (sorry about that). Recorded with tascam dr 701d en rode ntg 3 (shotgun type mic). The shotgun was positioned on top of the tascam in between the two internal mics. No processing whatsoever. Enjoy, use this in any way you seem fit, no credit needed.

This clip was recorded in august 2021 during the evening in a platform near the beach in le grazie, la spezia, italy. You can hear the sounds of the waves clashing with the platform, the people walking around, cicadas in the distance and also the sound of the boats navigating into the port. It was recorded with a zoom h1n (96khz /24bit). The sound was no post-processed.

So this is actually a heavily edited sound of me making a weird mouth noise. It sounds like it oddly fits a video game jump, or just something game-ish perhaps. I needed the sound of a plastic recycle bin being rolled out to the curb. I set my zoom h1n on the sidewalk at the end of my driveway and - in two trips - rolled the cans out to the curb. You will hear me walking to the cans in the right channel, the garbage bin is rolled from the right channel to the center-left. Then repeat for the recycle bin.

Hammer hitting a nail: in this sound you hear a metal hammer hitting a metal nail into a slab of wood, creating a harsh sounding sound. Recorded using the zoomh4n and using the rode ntg1 condenser shotgun microphone. A high shelf and a band was added to the sound to make the hammer hitting the nail more clear. The hammer used was 2kg hammer and the nail was 5 cm long nail and the wood was a piece of eucalyptus tree wood.

Sounds recorded directely from a boat stopped in front the beautiful baia blu (la spezia, italy). You can hear the waves clashing with the boat, the sounds of the sea, the people in the distance laugh and play, and a dip from the boat to the sea. It was recorded with a zoom h1n (96khz /24bit). Recorded in a sunny, calm-windy afternoon. The sound was no post-processed.

This was recorded in a university building in melbourne in 2018. It was after hours, in the evening, so the building was mostly empty. I was in a hallway that had lots of hard surfaces including linoleum floors. I could hear a baby crying in a room that was several metres away. This recording is mostly reverb and its very atmospheric. I just recorded it with my smartphone, but it was such a great sound that i had to get it!.

Here's a vocal sample of "hydrochloric acid" ran through audioterm and sent to a waldorf blofeld as a wavetable. The blofeld pitches up and then scans the wavetable (via mod wheel, so it's fun), which plays out what you hear here, plus a fair bit of outboard verb. Sounds like a vocoder but it's not. As opposed to traditional samplers the pitch is independent of the playback rate / length of the sample.
