Me walking from the trail into the fiesch ski resort in the swiss alps. Starts calm with footsteps on snow and then when i walk into the the ski resort you hear voices in multiple languages, ski and snowboard noises and mechanical noises from the ski lifts.

Recorded on zoom h4n. The cathartic sound of a small glass vase being demolished under the cold hard stamp of a boot.

Recordings made during a hike through the woods where we came across a wooden bridge. Liked the sound and happened to have my recorder with me. This recording is of four people walking over the bridge in close proximity wearing boots and tennis shoes. Recorded with a sony icd-px312.

Here is some footsteps i recorded in a forest near a village (hortiatis, thessaloniki, greece) in a hot day of summer 2019. I use zoom h5 and maybe a rode nt-g1. Raw material, no edit. I record it for a short documentary film. It's free. It's good to know if you use it in any of your work.
