Small ceramic tile, wet, being rubbed with a) rubber glove and b) finger (markers in file). Basic noise treatment added, but otherwise it is 'as recorded'. I used it for the sound of a person slipping on a wet surface as they struggle to get to their feet.

I needed the sound of a mad scientist's machine warming up, then exploding and powering down, with just a touch of silliness. This file uses je_breaking. Wav by cmusounddesign, crash. This file was created by using the memo feature of my digital camera. You will hear mooing cows, and in the background a stock auction being conducted. The poor gals were in such a hue and cry about being sold off to the highest bidder.

Two stainless steel bowls of different sizes were partially filled with water and knocked around to produce watery, springy, boingy sounds. Recorded in stereo using a zoom h2 digital recorder. The sounds have been reversed in this file.

The same bonnie file but this time run through rx's spectral denoise to clean it up a bit. A little bird noise is still audible between the clicks, but pulling samples from it should be much cleaner and easier to isolate. Enjoy.
