I slammed my fist into my desk while recording something and accidently made the best crunch noise ever.

I smashed a cabbage to get these sounds that can be used for attacks, bones breaking, damage, etc.

I made this sound for scenarios with a massive explosion and large-scale damage to infrastructure, epic-sounding possibly nuclear explosion!.
