Here is a short recording of one of my male cats (a big good boy who resembles a chartreux) licking his tummy: to be honest, one of the most annoying sounds ever (especially if you are trying to concentrate and study).

Willy is a smallish tomcat who will never be completely healthy. Rescued as a kitten with a respiratory infection, nothing has ever made him all-better. But he is super-lovable. His purrs are tiny like the rest of him. Greatly amplified.

I recorded my small house dog being scared. She's always scared for whatever reason and decides to whine. It is a very interesting sound because it almost like she's growling. Several geese honking. Recorded outside amid a gaggle of geese on a zoom h2 in 120* pattern. Might be other fowl noises (not loud) in background, can't remember what was around the geese. This is the loudest part of a field recording.

It is a sound that, despite presenting some variations, transmits relaxation, thanks to the fact that it is not a very strong sound and is originated from nature. It did not have to be triggered, it is the natural song of a bird.

Just a purring cat, recorded with a zoom h6 with the x/y mic. It starts out a little soft and then gets more bass heavy as the cat approaches the mic. Unfortunately there is some audible cloth movement, but i guess it could still be of good use.

This sound was taken in the parking lot of a bulk warehouse membership store. It contains ambience including footsteps, animals, and vehicles passing by. It was recorded at an angle from the window of a pick up truck in april, 2014.

A very simple experiment i made for fun, using kinda low quality processed recordings. I tried to create some kind of alien soundscape vaguely inspired by half-life xen, especially the black mesa version.

Dove: the cooing of a dove is achieved through foley. Vibrato is added to an almost owl-like sound created by blowing air into ones crossed-over hands. It is a subtle cooing and varies in tone, tempo and amplitude. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg.

Recorded this group of disabled vets who were playing all kinds of instruments around the temples at angkor wat. A high pitched reedy sound is from a blade of grass. I don't recall the rest of the instruments. Background noise are jungle animals.
